Cancellation Policy
There is a ten minute grace period for all appointments, unless otherwise discussed with your tech. Afterwards there will be a $10 late fee.
15+ mins your appointment will be rescheduled/cancelled.
You may reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit. Two no-shows will result in being restricted from booking online.
For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card used for your deposit.
Online deposits ONLY, upon booking. No DM appointments
